Working in direct collaboration with Holladay Properties, I developed a complete logo and brand profile for the newly-constructed Monon 46 luxury apartment complex located in downtown Indianapolis. The vision for the logo was to capture the feel of the existing neighborhood and residents in the Monon Trail locale, while promoting a new opportunity for modern, luxurious living with easy access to a variety of area amenities.

The resulting logo and brand feel is modern with a nod to a more historic and alt-arts culture that is established in the neighborhood, giving potential residents a sense of comfort and accessibility with connections to a unique local environment.
